We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence….In view of all this, make every effort to respond to God’s promises. God gives us everything we need. Everything we need so that we can live a life for Him, a godly life. He won't ever ask you for something that He didn't already give you. We cannot be godly people without Him, it isn't possible. Therefore, we need Him in our lives. He has entirely put Himself out there for you, you need to take a hold of that and let Him in. Just because He has given you everything does not mean that you should just "take it" and ignore Him. It should make you want to know Him more, to dive into the life He wants you to live. Take the next step today, take it with Him. Put all of your effort into it.
